I wish everyone healthy, pleasant, free lives, I send my love and greetings.

I was exiled from Kocaeli No 1 F Typ prison on 05.02.2016 and taken to Silivri prison by force.

Our VEGAN ALIMENTATION RIGHT, which we have obtained through hunger strike in Kocaeli No:1 F Type Prison is totally usurped and destroyed in Silivri No:6 L Type Prison, which I have been exiled=transferred to. The aim of this exile=transfer was to practice the violation of right in Silivri No:6 L Type Prison. This planned scheme is put into action in this prison.

From the day I have arrived to this prison, I have faced violation of rights. To put an end to these inhumane practices and violation of rights; I have written petitions heaps of times. Till this moment, none of my petitions are answered. The violation of rights neither have ended, they are still going on.

The meetings, dialogues we have been doing for the last 15 days and the petition letters we have written to end the violation of rights  have not yielded any results. The violations of rights are still present. I have started the indefinite hunger strike protest today (22nd February 2016) to resist the practiced usurpation of rights, violation of rights and the restitution of our humanitarian rights. I will continue my hunger strike until the violation of rights end and our humanitarian vital rights are restituted.

The demands of my Indefinite Hunger Strike Protest;

1-    The right of vegan alimentation which we have obtained through hunger strike in Kocaeli No:1 F Type Prison is completely destroyed.

Yet entitlement of this right is acquired through Indefinite Hunger Strike Protest and through the support and solidarity protests of public opinion. This right is legitimate, legal, judicial and is a fundamental right of human.

The formation of these humane rights is ensured during the period of protest; with the recognition and approval of the Ministry of Justice and with the dialogues carried on mutually. By agreeing upon certain fundamental rights, our problem of Vegan Alimentation was resolved.

Our obtained, fundamental, humane Right of Vegan Alimentation is aimed to be destroyed by exile=transfer. This violation of right is planned by Kocaeli No:1 F Type Prison Administration and Ministry of Justice and therefore the exile=transfer is realized. The area of practice is the Silivri No:6 L Type Prison itself.

We want the violation of our acquired, legitimate, legal, humane VEGAN ALIMENTATION RIGHT; which is planned through the exile=transfer, to come to and end.

Therefore,

a -Our right of ordering and shipping the vegan food and products we need from Vegan Dükkan (Vegan Store) should be restituted in this prison as a humanitarian, legal and legitimate right.

b - The prison canteen should provide and sell vegan food and products which vegan and vegetarian prisoners are in need of.

Regarding this issue, we have communicated a list of vegan products that vegan and vegetarian prisoners need, to the prison administration. These products we need shall be provided and sold by the canteen.

c-  The facility and right to buy raw vegetables (such as cauliflower, savoy cabbage and potatoes etc.) that vegan and vegetarian prisoners need, should be provided.

d- Vegan and vegetarian prisoners shall be weekly provided with seasonal raw vegetable as bulks within subsistence allowance.

Seasonal raw fruits; broccoli, cauliflower, savoy cabbage, leek, potatoes, carrot, parsley, lettuce, dill etc.

we do not accept and eat non-seasonal greenhouse  product vegetables (tomatoe, green pepper, cucumber etc.) and canned products.

e- Sufficient amount of boiled, salt and fat-free grain and legume products shall be provided to us.

f- An ELECTRIC STOVE shall be provided to vegan, vegetarian prisoners in order to cook.

2- I have been taken to Silivri No:6 L Type Prison via exile-transfer on 05.02.2016. Since then I am withhold in the short stay unit which lacks a exercise yard. This is an inhumane, unlawful, oppressive and authoritarian execution. Such executions aimed at suppressing, oppressing and intimidating prisoners shall be stopped. A new cell with ventilation yard shall be arranged.

3- During entrances and exits through the X-Ray door, our shoes are taken off by the commissioned officer and we are ordered to pass without putting on sandals. This practice shall stop. We shall be allowed to pass from X-Ray door with sandals.

4- CAMERAS are placed in our rooms to pry, control, peep the prisoners. The camera placement is an attempt to attack to the lives of the political prisoners. This practice shall stop.

If this practice is protested and the CAMERA IS DISABLED (by changing the route or by breaking it), arbitrary disciplinary penalty investigation is enforced. Until now, three disciplinary penalty investigation about me is started. These penal sanctions are aimed to destroy our fundamental humanitarian rights. Such penalty investigations directed towards prisoners shall be completely annuled.

5- We cannot purchase our choice of newspapers and magazines from the outer canteen. The demanded newspapers and journals should be ordered and the opportunity and right to purchase them via outer canteen shall be granted.

6- 10 books are allowed per room. All books, magazines and alike documents brought with us shall be given to us without any restrictions.

7- Fixed assets such as wallboard, table, chair, wooden bedstand that are provided without charge by the prison administration in other adminisrations are sold to prisoners in this prison. This arbitrary practice shall be terminated.

8- The clippings that include the barcodes and postal receipts of the faxes, Express Mail Service letters, registered letters, registered letters with return receipt written to our friends and relatives are not handed to us. There is no way we can find out if they are actually sending our letters. This is an arbitrary, unlawful practice. This arbitrary practice shall be terminated.

9- The present central television broadcast does not include IMC TV and YOL TV channels. Our request for inclusion o IMC TV and YOL TV to the prison central Office broadcast shall be accepted.

10- When using our weekly call, we are not allowed to call again the next day if the calls are not answered or if our families are not present at home during that day. Therefore a violation of right is exercised. This practice shall be terminated. We should be able to call our families in the following days of the week and be able to establish telephone contact.

Hola, os deseo vidas sanas, placenteras, libres, os envío mi amor y mis saludos.

Fui exiliado de la prisión de tipo F de Kocaeli nº 1 el 5/2/2016 y llevado a la prisión de Silivri por la fuerza.

Nuestro DERECHO A ALIMENTACIÓN VEGANA, el cual hemos obtenido a través de la huelga de hambre en la prisión de tipo F de Kocaeli nº 1 es totalmente usurpado y destruido en la prisión de tipo L de Silivri nº 6, a la cual he sido exiliado=transferido. El objetivo de este exilio=transferencia fue practicar la violación del derecho en la prisión de tipo L de Silivri nº 6. Este esquema planeado es puesto en acción en esta prisión.

Desde el día en que he llegado a esta prisión, he afrontado la violación de mis derechos. Para poner fin a estas prácticas inhumanas y a la violación de derechos; he escrito peticiones montones de veces. Hasta ahora, ninguna de mis peticiones ha sido respondida. La violación de derechos tampoco ha terminado, sigue en marcha.

Los encuentros, diálogos que hemos estado haciendo durante los últimos 15 días y las cartas de peticiones que hemos escrito para terminar con la violación de derechos no han producido ningún resultado. Las violaciones de derechos siguen estando presentes. He empezado la protesta de huelga de hambre indefinida hoy (22 de febrero de 2016) para resistir a la usurpación de derechos practicada, la violación de derechos y la restitución de nuestros derechos humanitarios. Continuaré mi huelga de hambre hasta que la violación de derechos termine y nuestros derechos humanitarios vitales sean restituídos.

Las demandas de mi protesta de huelga de hambre indefinida:

1– El derecho a una alimentación vegana que hemos obtenido a través de la huelga de hambre en la prisión de tipo F de Kocaeli nº 1 está completamente destruido.

Sin embargo, la titularidad de este derecho se adquiere a través de la protesta de huelga de hambre indefinida y a través de protestas de apoyo y solidaridad de la opinión pública. Este derecho es legítimo, legal, judicial y es un derecho fundamental de lxs humanxs.

La formación de estos derechos humanos es asegurada durante el período de protesta; con el reconocimiento y aprobación del Ministerio de Justicia y con los diálogos llevados a cabo mutuamente. De acuerdo a ciertos derechos fundamentales, nuestro problema de la alimentación vegana fue resuelto.

Nuestro derecho humano, fundamental, obtenido a una alimentación vegana pretende ser destruido mediante exilio=transferencia. Esta violación de derechos es planeada por la administración de la prisión de tipo F de Kocaeli nº 1 y el Ministerio de Justicia y por tanto el exilio=transferencia es realizado. El área de práctica es la prisión de tipo L de Silivri nº 6 en sí misma. 

Queremos que llegue a su fin la violación de nuestro derecho humano adquirido, legítimo, legal a ALIMENTACIÓN VEGANA; la cual es planeada a través del exilio=transferencia. 

Por tanto,

a – Nuestro derecho a pedir y recibir por correo la comida y productos veganos que necesitamos de Vegan Dükkan (tienda vegana) deberá ser restituído en esta prisión como un derecho humanitario, legal y legítimo.

b – La cantina de la prisión deberá proporcionar y vender comida y productos veganos de los cuales lxs presxs veganxs y vegetarianxs tienen necesidad.

Atendiendo a este asunto, hemos comunicado a la administración de la prisión una lista de productos veganos que lxs prisionerxs veganxs y vegetarianxs necesitan. Esos productos que necesitamos deberán ser proporcionados y vendidos por la cantina.

c– La facilidad y derecho para comprar vegetales crudos (tales como coliflor, col de Saboya y patatas etc.) que lxs prisionerxs veganxs y vegetarianxs necesitan, deberá ser proporcionado.

d– Lxs prisionerxs veganxs y vegetarianxs deberán ser semanalmente provistxs con vegetales crudos de temporada como bultos dentro de las dietas.

Frutas crudas de temporada; brócoli, coliflor, col de Saboya, puerros, patatas, zanahorias, perejil, lechuga, eneldo etc. No aceptamos ni comemos verduras producidas en invernadero que no sean de temporada, ni productos enlatados.

e– Suficiente cantidad de productos de grano y legumbres hervidos, sin sal y sin grasas nos deberá ser proporcionada.

f– Una COCINA ELÉCTRICA deberá ser proporcionada a lxs prisionerxs veganxs y vegetarianxs, para poder cocinar.

2– He sido llevado a la prisión de tipo L de Silivri nº 6 por medio del exilio-transferencia el 5/2/2016. Desde entonces me retienen en la unidad de corta estancia que carece de un patio para ejercicios. Esto es una ejecución inhumana, ilegal, opresiva y autoritaria. Tales ejecuciones dirigidas a suprimir, oprimir e intimidar a lxs prisionerxs deberán ser frenadas. Deberá disponerse de una nueva celda con patio de ventilación.

3– Durante las entradas y salidas a través de la puerta de Rayos X, nuestros zapatos son retirados por el oficial encargado y se nos ordena pasar sin ponernos sandalias. Esta práctica debe parar. Se nos deberá permitir pasar por la puerta de Rayos X con sandalias.

4- Las CÁMARAS están colocadas en nuestras habitaciones para privar, controlar, vigilar a lxs presxs. La colocación de la cámara es un intento de atacar las vidas de lxs prisionerxs políticxs. Esta práctica deberá parar.

Si esta práctica es protestada y la CÁMARA ES DESACTIVADA (cambiando su ruta o rompiéndola), una investigación arbitraria de sanción disciplinaria es aplicada. Hasta ahora, tres investigaciones de sanción disciplinaria se han iniciado contra mí. Estas sanciones penales pretenden destruir nuestros derechos humanitarios fundamentales. Tales investigaciones de sanción dirigidas hacia lxs prisionerxs deberán ser completamente anuladas.

5– No podemos comprar nuestra elección de periódicos y revistas desde tiendas del exterior. Los periódicos y revistas solicitados deberán ser pedidos y la oportunidad y derecho a comprarlos en tienda exterior deberá ser garantizado.

6– 10 libros se permiten por habitación. Todos los libros, revistas y documentos por igual traídos para nosotrxs deberán sernos entregados sin ninguna restricción. 

7– Activos fijos como la pizarra, la mesa, la silla, el somier de madera para la cama que son proporcionados sin cargo por la administración de la prisión en otras cárceles son vendidos a lxs prisionerxs en esta prisión. Esta práctica arbitraria deberá terminar.

8– Los recortes que incluyen los códigos de barras y recibos postales de los faxes, cartas del Servicio de Correo Express, cartas certificadas, cartas certificadas con acuse de recibo escritas a nuestrxs amigxs y familiares no nos son entregados. No hay manera que podamos saber si realmente están enviando nuestras cartas. Se trata de una práctica ilegal, arbitraria. Debe terminar esta práctica arbitraria.

9– La presente emisión central de la televisión no incluye los canales IMC TV y YOL TV. Nuestra petición para la inclusión de IMC TV y YOL TV a la emisión de la oficina central de la prisión deberá ser aceptada.

10– Cuando usamos nuestra llamada semanal, no se nos permite llamar de nuevo al día siguiente si las llamadas no son respondidas o si nuestras familias no están en casa durante ese día. Por tanto una violación de derechos es ejercida. Esta práctica deberá terminar. Deberemos ser capaces de llamar a nuestras familias en los días siguientes de la semana y poder establecer contacto telefónico.
